Our Products

All products listed online are current season stock. Use the search bar at the top of any page to find specific items. If an item doesn’t show, it may be out of stock or not currently offered. If in doubt, email us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Your Order

To check your order status, sign in and click on ‘Account’.
Once your order is placed:

  • We locate the item in stock
  • Approve the payment
  • Dispatch your package promptly
    You will only be charged once your item is shipped.
Cancelling an Order

Made a mistake in your order? Contact us immediately. We’ll try to cancel the order before it’s processed. If it’s too late, you’ll need to follow our returns and exchanges process.

How We Deliver Your Purchase

We use track and trace couriers that require a signature upon delivery.

  • Use the tracking link from your dispatch email to track your parcel
  • If you want non-signature delivery, coordinate this directly with the courier company


Your Delivery Address

Use an address where someone will be available during the day—work addresses are fine.
Note: Couriers usually only deliver to building foyers.
Once delivered, the package is your responsibility.

If the courier can’t deliver, they’ll leave a card with pickup instructions.
Couriers do not call before delivery, and exact delivery times cannot be provided.

These costs are the recipient’s responsibility and are payable upon arrival of your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Conditions of Return

If you’re not completely satisfied, return your order within 30 days:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged
  • Must include original packaging, accessories, and tags

Note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned, except if faulty.


Where Can I Make a Return?

Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

  • Repack securely in original packaging
  • Include packing slip or your name, order number, billing address, and return instructions
  • Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless goods were faulty or not as ordered.
