1. What are your delivery times?
At Klothing Ltd, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Most orders placed in the morning will be dispatched the same day. Please note that delivery times may be extended during busy periods or sales events. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the approximate delivery times are as follows:
- New Zealand Orders (CourierPost): 1-3 working days
- Australia: 7-10 working days

3. Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Customs Charges and Import Duties
Please be aware that we have no control over customs charges or import duties. These charges vary greatly from country to country, and we are unable to predict or inform you of the exact amount that may be imposed.
If customs charges or import duties are levied, they are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are typically collected once the parcel reaches the destination country. To avoid any unexpected costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about any potential charges before placing an order.

1. How can I cancel my order?
If you’ve made an error with an order you’ve just placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to stop the order before it is processed, but as we strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, it may have already been processed. 2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

3. Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
If you are not fully satisfied with your Klothing Ltd purchase, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange it for another product, provided that:
- The item is returned within 30 days of the order date
- It is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- It is in its original packaging (where possible) with all accessories and tags still attached
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Klothing Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the conditions above are not met. Please note that sale items are non-refundable, unless the goods are faulty or not as ordered. Sale items are considered final sale, so please make sure to choose carefully.

Our Return Promise
1. How do I return my product?
To return an item, please securely pack the product in its original packaging (where possible) and include the packing slip. If you are unable to provide the packing slip, please ensure that your order number, name, and billing address are included along with your instructions for the return.
Please note that return postage must be prepaid by the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item.
