Shipping Destinations:

We proudly ship across New Zealand, Australia, and select international locations.

Processing & Dispatch Times:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • New Zealand: 2-5 business days
  • Australia: 5-10 business days
  • International: 7-15 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Shipping Rates:

  • New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $XX; flat rate of $XX for orders below.
  • Australia & International: Shipping rates vary based on destination and order size. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery:

  • All shipments include tracking, and you will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
