To ensure your garments stay in peak condition and to remain eligible for warranty claims, please follow these care instructions carefully:
- Read the Label: Always check the internal care tag for specific fabric requirements (e.g., Silk vs. Cotton).
- Cold Wash Only: We recommend a gentle, cold machine wash (30°C or less) or hand wash to prevent shrinkage and color fading.
- Wash Inside Out: This protects the fabric surface and any intricate prints or embellishments from friction.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach or strong detergents. Use a mild, eco-friendly laundry liquid where possible.
- Dry with Care: Line dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage fibers and cause significant shrinkage.
- Ironing: Use a cool-to-medium iron setting. For delicate fabrics, we recommend steaming or ironing on the reverse side.
Please Note: Damage resulting from incorrect washing, high-heat drying, or general wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault under our policy.

1. General Terms
This policy applies to all Moomaya products purchased through the KlōT͟HiNG.co.nz marketplace. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
- Consumer Rights: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
- Product Accuracy: We strive for high accuracy in color representation; however, slight variations may occur due to digital display settings or studio lighting.
2. Returns: Change of Mind
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for change-of-mind requests, provided:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused with all tags attached.
- Items are in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact KlōT͟HiNG.co.nz support immediately with photo evidence.
- Resolution: In accordance with the CGA, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit for valid manufacturing faults.
- Costs: Moomaya will cover reasonable return and reshipment costs for verified faults.
- Exclusions: Does not cover damage from misuse or failure to follow the Garment Care Guide.
4. Exchanges & Refunds
- Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
- Refunds: Processed to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days for bank processing.
5. Shipping Instructions
- Authorization Required: Do not return items without contacting KlōT͟HiNG.co.nz support for instructions.
- Tracking: We strongly recommend tracked shipping. Moomaya is not responsible for items lost in transit during a customer-arranged return.
6. Claims & Complaints
Formal complaints should be lodged through the Contact@klothing.co.nz support portal for review under New Zealand law.
