We dispatch within 7–10 working days of your order confirmation, then delivery is usually 1–3 working days in New Zealand and 2–5 working days in Australia. Rural, remote and some product types take longer, and we tell you before you pay. See our Shipping Policy.
Standard shipping within New Zealand is $9.99, and it's free on NZ orders of $100 or more. Shipping to Australia is $19.99, or free on orders of $199.99 or more. You'll always see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an item that is unworn, unwashed and has its tags and packaging. Your first size or colour exchange on each order is free: we send you a prepaid label. If your size isn't available we'll refund you in full. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Full details: Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Email return@klothing.co.nz with photos of the item and packaging. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please tell us within 48 hours so we can claim against the courier. We pay the return freight, and your Consumer Guarantees Act rights apply in full, including for faults that show up later.
