Some items may be exclusive or limited. Colours and images are shown as accurately as possible but may vary by screen. All sales are subject to this Return Policy.

We may cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent or non-compliant.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or end your access immediately if you violate these Terms.

14. Return and Refund Policy

14.1 Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Used or altered items are ineligible for refund.

14.2 Initiating a Return

Include your order number, full name, and reason for return.
We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

14.3 Return Shipping   

  • Free DHL Express Returns: If available, we will issue a label. Refunds exclude original shipping and GST. ·       
  • Customer-Paid Returns: If not available, you must tracked, insured return shipping to: KlōTHING Ltd – Returns Department,
    Auckland, New Zealand    , We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

14.4 Customs Duties and Refused Deliveries

Customers are liable for all customs duties, import taxes, and local fees.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties:

  • If a free DHL Express return exists, we will accept it and refund the product value (minus GST & shipping) once received and inspected.
  • If no return service is available, the parcel may be destroyed and no refund issued. Refunds are processed only when the returned item is physically received by KlōTHING Ltd.

14.5 Refund Processing

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval and exclude:

  • Original shipping
  • GST (if applicable)
  • Customs or courier fees

14.6 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item.

15. Regional Compliance and Consumer Rights

🇳🇿 New Zealand

Covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods. A 14-day change of-mind policy applies.

🇦🇺 Australia

Complies with Australian Consumer Law. Customers have statutory rights for faulty or mis-described goods and a 14-day change-of-mind period.

🇨🇦 Canada

Complies with Canadian Consumer Protection Act. Bilingual (EN/FR) support available on request.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom / 🇪🇺 EU & EEA (inc. 🇨🇭 🇱🇮 🇳🇴 🇮🇸)**

In line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases. Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt of returns. Disputes may be raised with local authorities or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform
(ODR).

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your residence country. EU/EEA customers may raise disputes in their local jurisdiction under EU law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy and Return Policies, constitute the entire greement between you and KlōTHING Ltd.
