  • 2.1 Facilitation with Brand Partners: When you purchase an item, we share your Name, Shipping Address, and Contact Details with the specific Brand Partner(s) responsible for fulfilling your order.Legal Accountability: Brand Partners act as independent data controllers. While we require all partners to adhere to strict data safety standards, their individual privacy policies govern their use of your information once shared for fulfillment.
  • 2.2 Essential Infrastructure Partners: We share data with core service providers, including Shopify (E-commerce Platform), Google Analytics (Performance Metrics), and DHL Express (Sustainable Logistics).
  • 2.3 Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose information to comply with New Zealand or international law, respond to lawful subpoenas, or protect the legal rights and intellectual property of KlōT͟HiNG LIMITED.

3. Advanced Marketing & Consumer Choice
