Returns & Exchanges

At KlōT͟HiNG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns process is designed to be simple and straightforward.

How to Return Your Order

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your item.
• Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached. They must also be in their original packaging.
• Process:
  1. Start a return online: Log in to your KlōT͟HiNG account and navigate to "Orders." If you checked out as a guest, you can use your order number and email address to start the process.
  2. Get your RMA number: Our system will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you.
  3. Ship it back: Place your RMA number clearly on the provided returns label and send the package to the address provided. Please note that return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.
• Exchanges: For the fastest service, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
