Signature required. For your security, every Fine Jewellery parcel must be signed for by an adult. It is never left at the door, in a mailbox or in a safe place.
Returns. Fine Jewellery is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If your piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us within 7 days and we will put it right, as the Consumer Guarantees Act and Australian Consumer Law require.
