Our 12-Month Warranty
We will replace your KlōT͟HiNG garment if it is assessed and deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect in fabric, stitching, or construction. This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Please note: Damage that occurs after this 12-month period is typically considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under our warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Do not send your garment to us yet.
- Fill out the warranty request form on our website as soon as possible.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase.
- Once we have assessed your request, we will contact you with the next steps.
Optional Extended Warranty
For $20.00, you can purchase a 12-month extended warranty at the time of purchase.
